We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items may not be returnable (e.g., final sale items, custom orders, or digital downloads). Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
